Returns

I want you to be a happy and satisfied customer. Please do not hesitate to contact me, if you have any questions about your purchases from this site.

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your order you may return it to us (unused and in its original packaging, with all relevant documentation) within 28 days of delivery.

Mark Smith Ceramics will refund the value of goods returned (excluding delivery costs) within 28 days of receipt of the return, without further charge to you. We will not refund the costs of returning the goods.

However, should an item be faulty – it will be replaced at no extra charge.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.

Please note that items returned do not become my responsibility until received at my contact address . I recommend that the goods are returned by a recorded delivery service and well packed.
